Best Western Los Angeles Worldport Hotel

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying over and catching a cruise out of San Pedro or Long beach. For a hotel of this age the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly. The breakfast was a notch above. We parked our truck here while we went on a 7 day cruise for $80 US. Uber is a 10 minute drive to the cruise port. I’d definitely stay here again.

I had amazing experience with Lejah- She truly went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. My daughter has checked in a day before I arrived and to ensure we could be close to each other without missing our check-in time, Lejah Graciously offered us an early check-in and even found us a room near their. Thanks to her thoughtfulness efforts we were able to enjoy the fullest experience together . Their rooms were spotless and Lejah’s Kindness made her stay even more special. She’s such a sweetheart and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her. , She absolutely did- And I’m incredibly grateful for her hospitality. Thank you, Lejah For making our stay so memorable, you’re warmth and dedication truly made all the difference!

We stayed at the Best Western Los Angeles Worldport Hotel and had a solid experience overall. The location was convenient, especially if you are heading to or from the port. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's well maintained. For the price, it's a good option if you're looking for something practical and convenient without spending too much. Overall, a good stay and we would consider staying here again.

We stayed at the Best Western LA Worldport the night before our cruise. Pleasantly surprised how spacious and clean the rooms were. Leslie at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great too. 3 stars for being close to port but not much else around. At the recommendation of Juan from front desk, we walked to the THE best Mexican (Los Tres Cochinitos) and seafood restaurant, it was the real deal. Will definitely stay here again for our next cruise!

Great location for getting on the cruise ships as it’s only a 7 minute drive away. The rooms are big. Everything was clean and well kept. It’s a no frills, well run, inexpensive option. We just had breakfast and I had scrambled eggs, bacon, an orange and a bagel with cream cheese. There’s cereal, hot coffee, and juice- all complimentary. The mattresses need upgrading as you kind of sink into the holes of where others slept before. They should definitely upgrade the mattresses. Besides that it was great. We got adjoining rooms because we have 4 boys so that was convenient as we could just open the door between us. It was great. I’ve stayed at the 4 Seasons and this place is great for the price and location but it’s no frills. I would ask to stay away from the main road, it’s right there on the odd side of hotel. Stay on the even side as it’s really noisy all night long on the odd numbered side. I turned on my box fan noise on my phone to drown it out. We flew in and landed at 9 into Burbank and were at the hotel by 10pm. No traffic at that time and it all went great. Lyft XXL was $113 and overall a pretty nice experience. Our rooms came to $132 each and we got two.

The price OUTSTANDING for a simple 1 room overnighter to set sail on a cruise from San Pedro. About a 10 minute freeway drive. Free parking & Free hot breakfast. Note: early risers get the best breakfast, the later you go the leftovers are not great picking and seating is extremely limited. There is a restaurant Dennys, 2 minute walk.

My husband and I stayed at Best Western for 2 dys before our cruise. We were greeted by Tejah at the front desk who was very polite and professional. She went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She directed us to nearby stores to get water and drinks for our cruise. The room was clean , w quiet and just what we needed for a day stay before going on our cruise.The good part was Dennys is directly next open 24 hrs. I would highly recommend this Best Western especially for those going on a cruise leaving from Los Angeles.

Convenient location in Wilmington. Clean environment, great breakfast and the staff were all friendly and professional the 2 days that I stayed. The furnishings are nice in the rooms. The mattresses are on the extra soft side so if you prefer a more sturdy and firm sleep you may be able to request that at the front desk. I didn’t think about that upon check in.
